Do you work with all provider types?
We primarily work with MD/DO's, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health providers, nutritionists, and physical therapists. However, because we are a locally operated small business and we take a dedicated approach to working directly with providers to reach solutions, we are often able to accommodate additional provider types if we see that we can add value to the relationship.
Do you help with Medicaid applications/renewals?
YES! However, due to rules and laws surrounding Florida Medicaid, only the provider or owner themselves are allowed to log-in to the Medicaid provider portal or call Medicaid directly. This means for renewals and application submissions we are not able to log in on your behalf. Unfortunately, this means that YOU as the provider are responsible for logging in and updating or submitting applications and renewals, we cannot do this part for you. We are however able to guide you through the process, consult for decision making / provider type research, and general consulting surrounding the Medicaid application and billing.
Do you work alongside providers?
Yes! Unlike other credentialing and billing companies that take your money and then are difficult or impossible to reach, we keep you involved in the entire process. Whether you desire to be completely hands-off or want to be intimately involved in the process, we try to include providers and business operators as much as possible. This also helps us ensure we are able to deliver on our promises.
Do you provide provider education?
Yes! We do this in three ways. First, we offer consulting sessions where direct questions can be addressed. Second, we offer either in-person or virtual training for healthcare business administrative and billing tasks. Third, we provide education by including providers and business operators in the process of services we are hired to complete.
Are you a large company?
No! We are a locally owned and operated small business located right here in Northeast Florida. However, we are directly associated with a large privately owned multispecialty group that sees over 300 patients a day and employs 7 providers and over 60 employees. Because of this, we have the unique benefit of offering you first-class personalized service with a small business feel with all of the staff and resources of a major healthcare organization. You wont find that anywhere else.
